Experience: Mr. Bressan has more than ten years of executive management and financial consulting experience for businesses with unique and challenging circumstances. Prior to that, he spent 14 years as Managing Director, a member of the Board of Directors and Corporate Secretary of a Private Equity Group specializing in the acquisition and management of middle market companies. 16 Years of Executive management experience in Corporate Finance with three major financial institutions. Throughout the years, Mr Bressan has gained extensive knowledge, experience and insight into a number of industries and a variety of companies.
